QtSafeLayoutTool does not evaluate javascript functions for the size of the non-safe elements properly

If non-safe items have math equations in the x, y, width, or height property, the safelayout tool does call the javascript function for the properties but gives a noninteger error.

Also, the font pixelSize value is not calculated.

That makes difficult to create scalable safe UI.
