Install depending Qt version with QSR

When installing Qt Safe Renderer, the installer does not install depending Qt version.
This confuses the end users as they expect Qt to be installed.

Now, when installing e.g., Qt Safe Renderer -> Qt 6.5.3 -> MinGW 11.2.0 64-bit, it does not install the Qt at all, but only Qt Safe Renderer libraries. It would ease the installation procedure if the Qt 6.5.3 MinGW were installed automatically. This is particularly important for the archived versions, as it is quite difficult to find the archived Qt versions in the installer.
