Heartbeat timeout does not work in the desktop environment

The desktop version of Eventhandler works differently than the HW adaptations.
It should call the parent handleHeartbeatTimeout function, but it sends a timeout event instead.
That makes the parent heartbeat handling fail.

You can reproduce the issue by starting QtCluster and Telltales examples on the desktop. When exiting the QtCluster, Telltales should show a notification about the failure
