      Implement Qt Safe Renderer component according to Qt Safe Renderer software architecture design.

      DoD: All the subtasks are completed. Implementation is done according to Qt Safe Renderer software architecture design and every implementation patch is reviewed and approved in code review and all unit tests are passing.
