Qt Safe Renderer: Add QML types for Picture, Image and Text

There should be Safe Renderer object visible in Qt Quick Designer so that you can drag'n drop the elements to the QML file and select the ISO icons similarly as Picture elements.

DoD: QML types for picture, image & text is implemented according to software design and all patches are reviewed & approved in code review
