Add QSR 1.1 support for RTA tests

    Description

      QSR RTA tests need to support QSR 1.1 i.e. QSR 1.1 release must be installed via the online installer, its content must be verified etc. Note: Also QSR 1.0 tests must be keep in a state that they can be run too if needed.

      The latest Qt LTS release is the first priority testing environment.
