Implement Automatic Default Visibility State in Qt Safe Renderer

Currently, if no visibility states are explicitly defined in the QML configuration, the MonitorConfigTool setup defaults to generating a basic set of visibility states (done in task QSR-2756). However, the Qt Safe Renderer runtime fails to automatically set the visible state in the QSafeEventOutputVerificationStatusReply. This omission requires users to manually specify the visibility states in QML, which is not ideal.

The Qt Safe Renderer should automatically manage and set the visibility state within the QSafeEventOutputVerificationStatusReply.
