    Description

I would like to be able to define Real Time Signals to Safe Renderer objects.  These Real Time Signals (i.e. EKG, Respiration, SpO2, etc.) that the developer deems safety critical will continue to be rendered on the safe side, continuing to receive the signal from the patient.  The safety critical signal can either be processed twice, by the QML and the QSR simutaneously or the safety critical signal can just be rendered by the QSR.

The Real Time Signal deemed safety critical will continue to be displayed as long as there is no hardware failure to the system or failure of the sensor to detect on the patient.  The Real Time Signal deemed safety critical by the designer should coincide with the representative Real Time Numerical Data that should also be deemed safety critical and rendered by the QSR (see QSR-300
