PDF documents have old version

There is two pdf documents that can not be verified by RTA due to old PDF version? The docs are opened correctly when double clicking and opening by any PDF reader, only problem is in RTA tests where PDF files are opened with python module pypdf2.

Docs/QtSafeRenderer-1.1.0/Certification_documentation/Qt_SafeRenderer_1_1_certificate.pdf

When opening these two PDF files with gedit, the first line has %PDF-1.4 when other PDF files that can be verified in RTA have %PDF-1.7.
