Examples: make telltales use resources again

For fixing QSR-306 we need to have easy and quick way to correctly deploy a test application to device. telltales is a good application for checking, but it is difficult to deploy correctly with files. Changing back to resources now that bitmap compression is implemented to resources too, so the application and its resources are deployed correctly each time to lessen the change of errors.
