Minor safety manual issue: drag and drop can be used with navigator as well

The drag and drop can be done also to the navigator, as listed here:

1. "Drag and drop components from Library (1) to Navigator (2) or Form Editor (3)."

It may sound like a minor thing, but there are some advantages when using the navigator (e.g. hierarchy), so maybe it could be also mentioned as an alternative?
