Description
As a designer I need to be able to create designs for different device targets that may have different enablers for 3D content (OpenGL 4, OpenGL ES 2, OpenGL ES 3.1, DirectX 11 etc.). The design tool must provide me with tools to clearly understand what I'm targeting and have options to preview my content with different target devices.
