Starting new Qt Designer project from Qt 3D Studio

    Description

      As a technical artist I want to add QML stream in to my presentation. If I don't have already existing file I want to create one. I expect I can initiate the creation from Qt 3D Studio and it is automatically available.

      If there are error cases related to unfinished or somehow erroneous files there should be notifications for those.
