Rendering broken on Linux. Localization

Rendering is completely broken on Linux if you have locale which uses comma as decimal separator instead of period. The issue tracks into the parser where strings from uip are converted to floats with sprintf which is locale dependent. There are other issues as well, I'll see what I can catch.

Note that GDB does not have locale set by default so rendering works while under debugger (which threw me off for a good bit).
