Update Behavior 1.1 Ping-Pong game example to 1.1

Update the ping pong game demo to work on Qt 3D Studio 1.1 behavior APIs and document the demo. Push it with good readme overview documentation https://git.qt.io/public-demos/qt3dstudio repo. This simple game is probably our most extensive use of Behavior API scripting we can show to the public.
