Click and drag on number input field does not work

    Description

      According to Test Sequences 1-4.docx Step 5 (Click and drag on number input field and drag up/ down) does not work. Numbers cannot be changed by draging number input field.

      1. Add speedometer
      2. Go to speedometer inspector control
      3. Try to change values by click and drag

             -> Nothing happens. Inspector control scroll activates.
