Add "Create" to sub-presentation dialog

Add "Create" to the sub-presentation dialog's combobox, that now has "Browse" and a list of sub-presentations.

Currently creating sub-presentations is very user-unfriendly, as you need to create the whole presentation somewhere, and then copy the contents to where your main presentation is, excluding the uia file (which is not needed at all for a sub-presentation).
