Add Qt 3D dependency to binary image creation

    Description

      Qt 3D Studio 2.0 runtime has a dependency to Qt 3D, this needs to be taken in to account when CI makes the binaries for installer.

      For Windows we shall continue using windeployqt and for macOS macdeployqt which should handle this case as is.

      On Linux this needs further scripting in the installer generation.
