Keyframe time dialog not implemented

    Description

      Steps:
      1) Open some project
      2) Double-click on a keyframe or open context menu on a keyframe and select "Set Keyframe Time".

      Expected: Keyframe time changing dialog ("Set Keyframe Time") appears

      Actual: When double clicking "Set Timebar start/end" dialog appears. No "Set Keyframe Time" on context menu.
