Set Interpolation not working

      Steps:
      1) Open some project
      2) Select a keyframe
      3) Select mainmenu: Timeline -> "Set Interpolation"

      Expected: Interpolation dialog is opened and interpolation can be changed.

      Actual: Nothing happens
