Steps:
1) Make a timeline where row contains shorter row (e.g. Layer 1s-5s, Cube (2s-3s).
2) Grab top row and move it towards left

Expected: When row is all the way to left and stops, all movement stops.

Actual: Subrow continues moving even after top row has reached end.
