[Research] Improve content pipeline from CC tools to 3D Studio

    Description

      As an artist I need a better content pipeline to from CC tool to 3D Studio.

      Currently it's not clear what goes through and what not, and the process of reimporting content could also be lot better. There needs to be a 3D Studio addon for popular 3D CC tools like Maya and Blender. You would have small 3D studio panel where you can assign your 3D studio project and export and re-export stuff. Addon would automatically handle the export settings so that they match the settings that 3D Studio supports etc. minimizing the amount of error on the import-export process. in future this could have many helpful features for optimizing your scene. It could combine all *_static named objects in to a single mesh before exporting for example.

      I as artist want to create and animate materials in the main 3D tool and that means we need to implement 3D studios standard material inside those 3D tools. This helps artists to create great visuals that will look the same in studio, and they don't need to reCreate materials inside 3D Studio. 

      Ideal result of this will be one button in your CC tool to Export into your 3D Studio project, and one rule for artist: Use the 3DSS material in your CC tool. (3DStudioStandard).
