Revise sizing policy for QML subpresentations

The sizing policy should be rethought from the ground up. Why 128x128 when the root item has no size? Why ignore the layer size entirely? Is it sensible to expect that user's will provide correct root item sizes always? Shouldn't it follow the layer size? and so on
