Vertical scrolling of tree and timebars sides of the timeline are not always in sync

      If the timebars side of the timeline has a horizontal and vertical scrollbars visible, dragging the vertical scrollbar all the way to the bottom makes rows not line up on both sides of the splitter. See picture.
