    Description

      Implement functionality to import DDS textures and pass those through as-is to the presentation generated by Qt 3D Studio. For preview we need to be able to decompress DDS textures so that we can guarantee 100% they work on the desktop.

      DDS as format was supported originally in the code so this shouldn't be a big work item to re-enable.
