Scene View and Slide Palette breaks when opening project after changing mesh

When following the steps below the Scene View and Slide Palette will break.

1. You need two different project with basic object.
2. Open one project, change mesh for one of your objects. For example change a cube to a rectangle.
3. Save project.
4. Open the second project.
5. Bug occurs.
