Research better UX for zooming in to Timeline Palette

      This might be related to scrolling issue in QT3DS-717.

      If I change the time bar length (so that it is too long to fit in the Timeline Palette) by right-clicking it and selecting Set Time Bar Time I cannot zoom out enough to display the whole time bar in the Timeline Palette.

      In addition the use of a zoom slider might not be the best option for zoom control (see comments).
