Make Qt 3D Studio 2.0 RC1 release

    Description

      Once snapshots of Qt 3D Studio 2.0 have reached an acceptable maturity level and we believe we have a "ready to release" content in place make a Qt 3D Studio 2.0 RC1 release off the 2.0 branch for testing.
