Move runtime documentation to runtime 2.x repo

Details

    Description

      Move runtime related documentation from Qt 3D Studio authoring tool repo to the runtime repo so that it can be packaged and installed as part of the Qt 3D Studio runtime installer package.

      As COIN should be able to handle normal Qt module documentation, the assumption is that moving the documentation should be enough and it will "just work" without having to generate a documentation ZIP separately for packaging.
