When adding a new item to the timeline, the timebar for it briefly flashes above Scene element

Drag a new object from basic objects to the scene window -> the new bar flashes above the scene for a split second. This doesn't always happen if the object is dragged directly to timeline tree, but often does in that case, too.

Same with delete row+undo. Basically any time a new row is created.
