Improve UX when dragging objects to tree

    Description

      Dragging objects to timeline tree can be bit frustrating, as studio doesn't implement a couple of basic UX features:

      • The tree view should scroll the tree up/down when hovering on top/bottom edge (e.g. first/last visible row)
      • Hovering over a collapsed row should expand it after a short timeout

      soili_vainamo to specify exact behavior/timeouts.
