Scaling mode Center is needed

    Description

      Center is the most important of scaling modes and it should be used as default. Designer wants to see the presentation he/she created in its original size & proportions + also the matte is good to see to be able verify the positioning of the items vs presentation edges. There is a separate task for matte.
