      Organise a release meeting to plan Qt 3D Studio 2.1 release activities and timetable with the Qt Release Team.

      • Agree release dates
        • alpha: Just use one of the snapshots as alpha on week 34
          • Update 5.11 Qt5 wip branch for the latest HEAD
        • beta & feature freeze: week 35
        • rc 1-2: week 36-37
        • final: by 13 Sep
