Shouldn't start dragging the row when clicking arrow

It's bit annoying that when you click expansion arrow on a row, it's very easy to accidentally also start dragging the row, when clearly you just wanted to expand the row.

Possibly the drag start distance is simply too small in general. Check with UX people what they think.
