Welcome screen startup window image is obsolete

      Welcome screen, second page: The startup window shown on the laptop screen is not what it currently looks like. We don't have icons for create and open project, nor does it show shortcuts for them (those shortcuts won't even work in the startup window). The title portion also shows version number in real startup window.
