Quick play using space bar doesn't work correctly

When you press and hold space bar, the animation works right the first time you use it (though it also sometimes opens the camera combobox popup, depending where the keyboard focus is). Assuming the keyboard focus didn't get stolen by the popup, after you release the spacebar, the animation stops and timeline resets correctly. However, it seems as the timer keeps running behind the scenes, so when you press space again, the time jumps to whatever time the animation would have been at if you had pressed the space again immediately after releasing it the last time, and continues from there.
