Allow creating a project and adding several presentations to it

    Description

      • Make presentations (.uip) appear in the project palette. Default folder is "presentations" but they can be anywhere as the project structure doesn't require assets to be in specific folders.
      • Make project file (.uia) appear in the project palette and is treated as the project root.
      • Opening a uip is only possible if a project is found (a .uia in the current or parent directories)
      • New menu options to separate creating new project vs presentation. Now it is possible to create several presentations in the same project, they will all be added to the .uia file
