Allow DnD sub-presentations on layers, materials and textures

Allow DnD sub-presentations from the project palette to the timeline layer, material and texture rows to set sub-presentation for the row according to its type. For material rows an additional popup should appear that allow the user to choose which material property to set the sub-presentation to.
