    Description

Create new presentation and add cube to it. Change to perspective view and select the cube. Resize editor/scene view so that the camera overlay is shown on the lower left corner. Drag the cube around -> the cube doesn't follow the mouse cursor properly. Dragging with arrows is also broken.

Resize scene view so that the overlay is not shown and dragging works fine.

Also, if the camera overlay is shown, resizing the scene view causes the camera and light wireframes to disappear. They will reappear if you click on the scene view.
