[REG] Remote deployment is completely broken with new project structure

Remote deployment does not deploy anything except the folder the uip file is in, so with the new project structure no assets get deployed at all.

Easy to recreate:

1. Create a new project
2. Add a basic mesh
3. Add an image and set it as diffuse map OR add an effect
4. Remote preview

-> Remote viewer cannot parse uip, as assets are not found
