"Save As..." changes the currently open presentation to newly saved one, but doesn't change the project to match

"Save As..." saves a copy of current presentation under a different filename. The location can be anywhere: a) outside any projects, b) in another project, or c) in the same project. After the presentation is saved, it is opened in the editor (or more likely just the document path is updated without actually reopening new presentation). The project panel is not updated like it should in case the saved presentation is now located outside the original project.

soili_vainamo needs to define what should happen in each of the cases a), b) and c).
