allow DnD qml streams to timeline layer, material and texture rows

Allow DnD qml streams from the project palette to the timeline layer, material and texture rows to set sub-presentation for the row according to its type. For material rows an additional popup appears to allow the user to choose which material property to set the sub-presentation to.
