Launching preview viewer from editor, the subpresentations/qml streams are not rendered

Any object with subpresentation/qml stream is simply rendered black when preview viewer is launched from the editor. Presumably this is because editor launches just single .uip and not the whole .uia. However, since you can see the preview of subpresentations/qml streams in the editor, I think those should show up also in viewer, even when launching a single .uip. Probably will require locating and parsing the .uia file for the subpresentations/qml streams in the runtime.
