[REG] Scripts are not found from QML application after project structure change

      Scripts are not found when running runtime 2 from QML application.

      They work fine if running the same presentation from q3dsviewer.

       

      Scripts don't work with runtime / viewer 1 either, but as we're dropping support for those soon, it's of secondary concern.
