Some issues related to Presentation settings dialog.

• TImeline snapping grid: Is there a reason why there is checkbox? If user holds down Shift while dragging timebar, it snaps. If not holding down Shift --> no snap. Checkbox can be removed if there is no proper reason why keep it.

• Timeline snapping options Low resolution, Medium resolution and High resolution does not tell much. Show time and unit instead. Default should be High.

• Legacy Viewer: not informative, tooltip says the same thing. Change tooltip text to "Enable Qt 3D Viewer 1.0"

• Editing View background color does not work properly. It is not necessary needed anymore since there is gradient background you objects don't get lost anymore. If there is no clear use case for having that, it can be removed.
