Red arrow in timeline gets stuck when a parameter value in inspector is changed with mouse wheel

    Description

      Test environment:
      MacBook Pro
      OS X 10.13.6

      Test steps:
      1. Open a project. There is an animation made in timeline.
      2. Choose an element and change a parameter value from inspector with the mouse wheel
      3. Move the red arrow in timeline
      -> The arrow does not move. For testing, sample project is attached.
