inspector keyboard shortcuts for Increment value by .1 and by 10 increment by 1

open 3d studio

add object to presentation panel

activate object

open inspector panel

activate one of the number fields for position/rotation/scale/pivot, any of XYZ. while the field is active, arrow key up/down changes value by 1 as expected (as per documentation). Cmd + Up/Down Arrow and Shift + Up/Down Arrow should change values by 0.1 and 10 at once. they all change by 1.

on windows this seems to work ok
