Doubleclicking on keyframe to open the keyframe time edit dialog moves focus to previously active application

Make a keyframe and doubleclick it. The focused application changes to previously focused application, typically meaning the editor is suddenly hidden by the newly activated application.

Similar effect when doubleclicking on non-bar part of any object row.

Sometimes doubleclicking on any part of timeline will do this but not always.
