[REG 2.1 -> 2.2] It is no longer possible to drag an image from project palette to scene window or timeline to create a rect

    Description

      In 2.1 you could drag an image from project palette to scene or timeline and it would create a rect with that image as texture. In 2.2 this drag is blocked.
