Add little delay to closing chooser dialogs after selection

This is needed so that doubleclick doesn't cause unintentional clicks on the main window when the first click already closes the dialog. It also allows user a visual confirmation that the selection was changed.

Need to also make sure changing the selection twice or more (if user is quick with the clicking) doesn't cause multiple changes to register.
